We’re searching for a caregiver who not only understands the unique needs of memory care clients but also knows how to add warmth, imagination, and meaningful engagement to each visit.

A calm, patient, and skilled caregiver who thinks beyond the basics. Someone who can:

Use creativity to spark connection—conversation, music, gentle activities, storytelling

Provide grounding reassurance and redirection with kindness

Support safe evening routines and foster a soothing environment

Maintain dignity while offering personal care and mobility assistance

Prepare simple meals or snacks that fit the client’s evening needs

Create a clean, comfortable, and peaceful atmosphere

Notice subtle changes and communicate them thoughtfully

This role is ideal for someone who brings heart, skill, and a touch of artistry to caregiving.

🕒 Shift Details

Weekends only

Evening shifts ranging from: 4 PM – 9 PM

Location: Highlands Ranch, CO

✔️ What You’ll Need

Minimum 1 year caregiving experience, with memory care required

18 years or older

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

Clear communication and a calm, patient presence

Ability to pass a background and CAPS check

3 professional references

Proof of current negative TB test within 30 days of hire
