About the Role

In this role, you will help clean, inspect, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems for residential and commercial customers. You will work in the field, interact directly with customers, and help deliver a professional service experience.

This is a weekend-only position, primarily for Saturdays and Sundays.

Because this is a weekend support role, a take-home company vehicle is not provided. Technicians in this role will report to a designated technician location to pick up the company van before beginning the day’s route.

Key Responsibilities

Clean, inspect, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems

Identify safety concerns and airflow issues

Educate customers on recommended services, repairs, and upgrades

Assist with reroutes and vent modifications as needed

Maintain accurate notes, photos, and service documentation

Communicate professionally with customers

Follow company safety procedures and service standards

Continue improving through training and hands-on field experience

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Comfortable using tools and working with your hands

Mechanical aptitude is a plus; HVAC or home service experience is helpful but not required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Comfortable lifting equipment and working in crawl spaces, attics, and on roofs

Comfortable using smartphone- or tablet-based technology for documentation

Available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently

Compensation

Performance-based compensation, typically equivalent to $25–$30 per hour based on efficiency, job performance, and ability to educate customers on beneficial services.

This role is designed for someone looking to create meaningful side income on the weekends.
