About the Role:

Join Guardian Residential Services LLC as a Weekend Full Time Group Home Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Manassas, VA! This rewarding position offers you the chance to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities while working in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care and support to residents in a group home setting.

Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management.

Facilitate community outings and recreational activities to enhance social skills.

Maintain a safe and clean living environment for all residents.

Document resident progress and communicate effectively with team members and families.

Implement individual care plans and support residents in achieving their goals.

Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents.

Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Open Shifts:

Option A: Friday 6am to 2pm, Saturday & Sunday 8am to 8pm

Option B Temp: Monday Thru Friday 2pm to 10pm

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.

Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Experience in a group home or healthcare setting is highly desirable.

Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
