    Urrly is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing home health and hospice provider in the Kansas City area. Known for its strong culture and recent partnership with a major hospital system, this group is looking for an RN to lead weekend admissions and help patients get the right care, right away.

    What you'll do

    • Handle start-of-care (SOC) and resumption-of-care (ROC) visits
    • Work Saturday + Sunday + one weekday (you'll help pick it)
    • Cover either the Kansas or Missouri side of the KC metro
    • Document in MatrixCare and meet OASIS standards
    • Work directly with an experienced, no-BS team who has your back

    What they're looking for

    • Registered Nurse licensed in KS or MO
    • Compact license, or willing to get licensed in both states
    • At least one year of home health experience (not private duty)
    • Strong OASIS knowledge and MatrixCare experience
    • Confident, independent, and organized — you'll lead this shift solo

    What you'll get

    • $70,000–82,000 salary based on experience
    • Full-time benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability (100% employer-paid), 401(k) after 1 year
    • 3 weeks PTO , 6 paid holidays
    • $0.70 per mile reimbursement
    • No weekend call — this is a dedicated weekend admissions role
