Responsibilities: • Setting up the breakfast buffet before guests begin arriving • Replenishing food and other supplies such as tableware, glassware, and condiments during the breakfast service period, etc. • Ensuring the breakfast items are fresh and appetizing at all times • Maintaining a clean and hygienic breakfast area, including but not limited to cleaning tables, counters, and appliances • Attending to guests’ queries and needs, such as serving them specific breakfast items or accommodating special dietary requests if available • Monitoring and controlling inventory, and notifying management when supplies are low • Observing health and safety guidelines to ensure that food hygiene standards are met • Breaking down the breakfast buffet area at the end of the service period, disposing of trash, cleaning the area, and storing leftover food and equipment Qualifications: • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work early morning shifts • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items Compensation: $11.50 - $12.50 hourly
