Direct Support Professional (IHCS) $18/hour | Consistent Weekly Schedule

We are hiring a reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support a young adult with autism who is nonspeaking. This role focuses on community participation, daily routines, and building a consistent, supportive relationship.

This is not a typical group home and not rotating shift coverage. You will be part of a small, stable team supporting one individual.

The individual enjoys being active in the community and does best with consistent staff, predictable routines, and calm communication.

We are building a long-term team of dependable staff who value meaningful work.

• Provide one-to-one support in community and home settings • Assist with daily routines and activities • Support communication using alternative communication methods • Encourage community participation and engagement • Complete required service documentation
