About the Role:

FirstLight Home Care of Naperville is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Weekend In-Home Caregiver to join our growing team in Naperville, IL. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and individuals who need support to live comfortably and independently at home. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention throughout the home

Perform light housekeeping

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being

Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed

Requirements:

Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care aide experience required

Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability when working with elderly or disabled clients

Ability to work weekend shifts consistently

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Strong communication skills and a professional, trustworthy demeanor

CNA, HHA, or similar certification is a plus but not required
