Weβre looking for a Weekend Lead Care Provider (Floater) to deliver high-quality care while supporting our team across Hampton Roads.
π¨ Certification Required β No Exceptions π¨ Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required. Applicants must provide a hard or soft copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview.

π Your Responsibilities π Travel between client homes across Hampton Roads π§ Cover weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) π₯ Support and guide caregivers in the field π Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding) π§Ί Perform light housekeeping and laundry π½οΈ Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs π Provide medication reminders and documentation π¬ Offer companionship and emotional support π Assist with client transitions and urgent coverage needs
π§ What Youβll Need β Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification (Required β No Exceptions) β At least 1 year of caregiving experience β Valid driverβs license & reliable transportation β Ability to work independently and adapt quickly β Strong communication and leadership skills β Compassion, reliability, and professionalism
