    The Weekend Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during peak periods, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage. Acting as the Manager on Duty, this role ensures a seamless guest experience, strong team performance, and efficient operations across all departments. This position is highly visible, hands-on, and requires confident decision-making in a fast-paced environment. This position is weekends only. Responsibilities: Property-Wide Leadership • Serve as the primary Manager on Duty during assigned shifts • Oversee all departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage • Maintain a constant presence throughout the property • Make real-time operational decisions to ensure service standards are met Guest Experience • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction across all touchpoints • Act as the escalation point for guest concerns and resolve issues promptly • Anticipate and prevent service disruptions before they impact guests • Maintain a welcoming, energetic, and well-managed atmosphere Front Desk Oversight • Monitor check-in/check-out flow and guest wait times • Support the front desk team during peak arrival periods • Ensure accuracy in reservations, billing, and guest communication • Step in to assist with guest interactions as needed Housekeeping Coordination • Monitor room readiness and communicate status with the Front Desk • Ensure cleanliness standards are upheld throughout the property • Support coordination of room turns during high occupancy • Address housekeeping-related guest concerns quickly Food & Beverage Oversight • Monitor service flow, wait times, and guest satisfaction • Support floor operations during peak service periods • Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are maintained • Assist with resolving service or kitchen-related issues Team Leadership • Provide direction and support to team members across departments • Ensure staff are in proper uniform and performing to expectations • Reinforce service standards and operational priorities • Maintain a positive, accountable, and team-oriented environment Operational Execution • Ensure all areas of the property are clean, organized, and fully operational • Monitor staffing levels and adjust as needed to support service • Ensure all systems (POS, PMS, etc.) are functioning properly • Support opening and closing procedures as required Compliance & Safety • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and alcohol service regulations • Maintain a safe environment for guests and employees • Respond to incidents professionally and complete required reporting Performance Expectations • Ability to oversee multiple departments simultaneously • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills • Calm and effective leadership under pressure • Consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences • Reliability and strong weekend availability Qualifications: • Previous hospitality management or supervisory experience required • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and front-of-house service • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Work Environment • Fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment • Requires standing, walking, and active engagement throughout the shift What Success Looks Like • Smooth, coordinated operations across all departments • High guest satisfaction with minimal escalations • Strong communication and teamwork between departments • Confident leadership presence throughout the property Compensation: $25 hourly
