The Little Gym is looking for an energetic, reliable, and people-focused Weekend Manager to lead our team and create an amazing experience for children and families. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both leadership and hands-on teaching in a fun, high-energy environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily weekend operations and ensure smooth class flow

Lead, coach, and support staff members

Teach gymnastics-based classes for children ages 10 months to 10 years

Deliver exceptional customer service to families

Handle front desk tasks (check-ins, scheduling, payments)

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and positivity

✅ Qualifications

Previous management or leadership experience (preferred)

Experience working with children (infants through elementary age)

Ability to teach or lead gymnastics/physical activity classes

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
