Responsibilities and Duties
Evaluate mental health, implement treatment, and complete ongoing documentation.
For Full-Time status, clinicians must schedule a minimum of 29 client visits per week
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and take part in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Contribute to a collaborative and tight-knit team culture
Qualifications and Skills
Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAPC, LSW) with a valid license in the state of Pennsylvania
Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Ability to pass a background check

This position is in Allentown, PA with a hybrid work schedule
We are hiring for MULTIPLE positions at this location
This position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director
