We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver or Personal Care Attendant for a recurring weekend overnight shift in Simi Valley. This is an ongoing per diem assignment supporting a client with physical limitations and daily living needs. You will provide hands-on care in a home setting while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety.

Schedule

Every Saturday overnight shift

10:00 PM – 10:00 AM

Ongoing weekly assignment (long-term opportunity)

Per diem scheduling (no guaranteed additional hours outside assigned shift)

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of caregiving or home care experience preferred (e.g., CNA, RNA, Med Tech, Caregiver, Personal Care Attendant, DSP I or II, or similar roles)

Experience with skilled care or complex care needs strongly preferred

Ability to provide respectful, patient-centered support

Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks, including catheter care (training/support provided if applicable)

Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

Reliable transportation

Dependable, punctual, and compassionate personality

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)

Support with light housekeeping tasks

Prepare simple meals and assist with nutrition needs

Provide catheter care assistance as directed in the care plan

Monitor client safety and comfort throughout the shift

Support mobility and positioning as needed

Report changes in condition to the care team or supervising nurse

Follow all care instructions under RN supervision
