This will be a Saturday and Sunday position. You will need a food handlers license. 9am to 2pm possibly longer if needed. Must be comfortable working with knives and working with raw seafood. You will be responsible for setting up the front of house, creating a list of foods to prep for days operations. Preparing sauces as needed and properly inventorying food supplies. Clearing workstation at end of shift.
