Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments.

- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and clients as needed.
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth operation of weekend activities.
- Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work weekends is a must.
