    What You’ll Do

    As a Hyper Wellness Sales & Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in the growth of your studio by selling memberships, delivering exceptional service, and creating loyal clients who believe in Restore.

    Sales Responsibilities

    Convert leads into memberships through value-based consultations and in-depth service education

    Own the tour experience, showing new clients what’s possible through Restore

    Drive revenue daily through outbound follow-ups, rebookings, and lead management

    Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs

    Become the go-to expert for membership options, packages, and retail products

    Service Responsibilities

    Deliver warm, high-energy greetings that set the tone for a standout client experience

    Guide clients through service protocols and educate on benefits and at-home care

    Complete new client onboarding, medical waivers, and POS setup with accuracy

    Manage all scheduling, booking, and phone/email communications

    Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant studio environment

    Collaborate with medical professionals and teammates to ensure a seamless client journey

    What We Look For

    Sales-driven mindset—you’re energized by goals and confident in converting interest into action

    Passion for client service—you love helping people feel their best

    At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a wellness/retail setting

    Strong communicator who leads with professionalism, ownership, and consistency

    Available to work evenings and weekends

    Bonus if you have or are pursuing a background in kinesiology, personal training, esthetics, or health sciences
