We're hiring Weekend Warriors to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a licensed group home setting.

💰 Weekend Pay Scale (Credentialed DSPs):

$16.00/hr – No experience

$16.50/hr – 6+ months of DSP experience

$17.00/hr – One valid certification (CPR/First Aid, TOVA, or Medication Administration)

$17.50/hr – Two of the three valid certifications

$18.00/hr – All three valid certifications

All certifications must be current and valid through at least the next 6 months. (Weekday base rates are $1.00/hr less than weekend rates.)

🕒 Schedule:

Weekend shifts only (Saturday and/or Sunday)

Day, evening, and overnight shifts available

Opportunities for additional weekday hours based on performance

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with hygiene, meals, and personal care

Administer medications (with proper certification)

Promote independence, social interaction, and inclusion

Ensure safety, dignity, and cleanliness of the home

Complete documentation and follow individual support plans

✅ Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

Experience preferred but not required

Must be reliable and professional

Valid certifications strongly preferred: CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, and TOVA

Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
