Position Overview

We are seeking energetic and reliable Officials who are passionate about creating a fun, engaging, and high-quality experience for players, coaches, and families. This is a weekend-only position, perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active and being part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Officiate games with a focus on fairness, safety, and fun

Create a positive and engaging environment for players, coaches, and parents

Keep games on schedule and support overall game flow

Communicate clearly and respectfully with coaches, players, and fellow officials

Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and organized game day

Stay active and involved on the field throughout your shift

Assist with setup, transitions, and general game day support

Lift, carry, and transport equipment (up to 30 lbs) as part of game day operations.

What We’re Looking For

Must be 16+

Weekend availability is required

Basic knowledge of the game preferred (training provided)

Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Comfortable working with kids and engaging with families

Strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed

Motivated, energetic, and able to stay active for extended periods
