About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Ensure the gym is clean, organized, and ready for members at closing time.

Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests.

Assist with membership sign-ups and inquiries.

Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Monitor gym equipment and report any maintenance issues.

Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all members.

Support team members in achieving daily operational goals.

Enforce gym policies and procedures to ensure member safety.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic math skills for cash handling.

Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

Availability to work weekends and closing shifts.

Positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
