Join Our Compassionate Overnight Care Team Make a Difference While the World Sleeps

Are you a night owl with a caring heart and a calm presence? We’re looking for dedicated overnight caregivers to provide one-on-one support to a kind and spirited young man with autism and other disabilities—right in the comfort of his family’s home.

Part-time hours, with possible additional shifts available. This is a unique opportunity to bring comfort, safety, and dignity to someone who truly needs it—all while working in a warm, supportive environment.

Position: Overnight Weekend Awake Caregiver Shifts: Fridays & Saturdays, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Every other weekend also an option) Pay: $22.38/hour

What You’ll Do:

Stay awake and attentive throughout the night to ensure safety and support.

Provide gentle, respectful personal care (including diaper changes).

Offer comfort and companionship—sometimes just by being there to hold a hand.

Monitor via video when he sleeps, with time to quietly use your phone or computer.

Create a calm, nurturing atmosphere using your nannying or caregiving experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Age 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.

1–3 years of hands-on experience in caregiving or nannying experience (required).

Experience supporting individuals with special needs is highly valued.

A kind, patient, and empathetic nature.

Ability to pass a background check.

Bonus: Familiarity with basic sign language and comfort around a friendly therapy
