Forbidden Island Tiki Lounge in Alameda, now in it’s 19th year of operation, is largely credited with having spear-headed the tiki revival that continues to sweep the country! A family business with a dedicated and long-term staff as well as devoted fans and regulars have ensured that Forbidden Island remains a beloved Tiki establishment and frequently included in many “best of” lists.

We’re currently seeking a professional and reliable candidate to join our incredible team of service industry veterans as a bar/ shift manager for two to three shifts per week. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has a good attention to detail, and is able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
