E-COMMERCE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Weigel Broadcasting Co. is a multi-platform media company with a remarkably creative, loyal and entrepreneurial team. The digital team is seeking an E-COMMERCE SUPPORT SPECIALIST to support the growth of our rapidly expanding e-commerce activities for MeTV, America’s #1 classic television network. MeTV.com’s online store currently offers pop-culture, entertainment and nostalgia merchandise to fans, and we are ready to expand with new partners, distribution models, and products. The ideal candidate will have experience related to customer service, e-commerce, creating and managing product listings, and achieving e-commerce sales goals.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure customer satisfaction through customer support on purchases including, but not limited to: communication with customers with any store-related issues, communicate with our vendors on customer orders or issues, understanding the fulfillment and delivery complications, and tracking open support issues with customers.
Assist in creating and managing online product listings, updating product pages and product categorization.
Assist in managing inventory and forecast of inventory.
Review sales history, performance, and customer feedback to help identify growth opportunities related to product availability, shopping experience, and marketing efforts.
Work with marketing and digital teams to provide assets and store data to be used for online store promotion.
Other duties, as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for job, if not currently employed by Weigel Broadcasting Co.
A demonstrated passion for pop culture, classic television and emerging digital platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience in e-commerce customer service and support a plus.
