A full-time or part-time Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist is needed for pre-op and post-op consultation for bariatric patients. You will be contacting patients prior to surgery and after the surgery to go over any pre-op/post-op diet questions by phone, email, SMS, Zoom and Facebook.

Answer questions from scheduled bariatric patients and post-bariatric patients on various topics, including diet, habits, exercise, and more. Other responsibilities include helping develop guidelines & diets, writing articles, doing educational webinars, and managing our bariatric vitamin outreach as well as our social media support group in regards to nutrition.

• Ad-Hoc Skills a Must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication REQUIRED.
• Experience with weight loss surgery patients.
• Familiarity with social media.
• Ability to work in a Team Environment.
• Ability to solve patient problems and promote our bariatric-specific vitamins.
• Work with Patient Coordinators to help patients achieve their success (on a patient-by-patient basis).
• Ability to handle stress and a high influx of e-mails and phone calls.

Pay depends on experience. The job is located in Folsom, California.
