Handle live transfers from the sales team with professionalism

A standout phone personality — warm, bubbly, genuine, and professional
1+ year of customer service or call center experience
Minimal tax relief experience preferred , but not required
Strong attention to detail and comfortable using email + CRM tools
Someone who thrives in a positive, fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Consistent Monday–Friday schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM
