A background in customer service is ideal, and minimal experience in tax relief is a plus — but what truly matters is your voice, your warmth, and your ability to create an inviting, trustworthy first impression.

As our Welcome Call Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for new clients beginning their tax relief journey. You'll guide them through next steps, answer simple questions, and ensure they feel confident about the process ahead.

What You'll Do

• Conduct friendly, welcoming onboarding calls with new clients

• Explain next steps clearly and confidently

• Verify client information and update their file in Logic CRM

• Handle live transfers from the sales team with professionalism

• Build trust quickly and set the tone for a smooth client experience

What We're Looking For

• A standout phone personality — warm, bubbly, genuine, and professional

• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience

• Minimal tax relief experience preferred , but not required

• Strong attention to detail and comfortable using email + CRM tools

• Someone who thrives in a positive, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
