About the Role:

As a Welcome Call Coordinator, you'll be the essential first step in our clients' journey to financial freedom. You'll conduct welcome calls , verify client information, and update records in our CRM (Logic) — all while creating a seamless, positive start to their experience with us. You'll also handle live transfers from our sales team , ensuring that every new client feels supported and confident from day one.

Think of this position as the ultimate “Success Set-Up" — laying the groundwork for every client's positive outcome!

What You'll Do:**

• Conduct welcome calls with new clients to guide them through next steps.

• Take live transfers from the sales team and ensure smooth handoffs.

• Verify, update, and maintain client information accurately in Logic CRM.

• Provide friendly, clear communication to put clients at ease.

• Be a positive first impression that helps drive client success from day one.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year Call Center Customer Service experience (debt settlement, student loans, car warranty, or similar industries a plus).

• Tech-savvy with G Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems (Logic experience is a plus, but not required).

• Strong communication skills — you're clear, personable, and professional over the phone.

• Detail-oriented — accuracy matters when setting up client success!

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with upbeat energy.
