Position Overview We are seeking a warm, professional Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role focuses on creating a welcoming, calming environment and ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The Concierge will assist clients with questions, notify therapists of arrivals, and maintain the overall environment of the front office.
Responsibilities
Greet clients promptly and warmly as they arrive for appointments
Manage check-in process and notify therapists of client arrivals
Maintain a calm, organized, and professional front desk environment
Answer basic questions about the office, services, and appointment flow
Support the team with light administrative tasks as needed
Ensure waiting areas remain tidy and inviting
Qualifications
Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
Prior experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
Excellent verbal communication skills
Schedule & Compensation
8-4am shift, and 1-9pm shift
$17/hour
