    Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team at our facility located in Cincinnati, OH, 45233. As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial automation equipment in a manufacturing environment. You will utilize your skills in AC/DC motors, variable frequency drives (VFD), programmable logic controllers (PLC), human-machine interface (HMI), welding, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting, and more to ensure the smooth operation of our production processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform evaluation, assembly, and repair tasks on industrial automation equipment
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with AC and DC Motors, variable frequency drives (VFD), programmable logic controllers (PLC), and human-machine interface (HMI)
    • Utilize MIG welder and TIG welder for welding setups in production
    • Read and interpret electrical schematics and perform electrical troubleshooting
    • Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and repair tasks
    • Assemble mechanical components and perform mechanical assembly tasks
    • Apply pneumatic knowledge and experience to install and maintain pneumatic systems
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective production processes

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience working with AC/DC motors, variable frequency drives (VFD), programmable logic controllers (PLC), and human-machine interface (HMI)
    • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
    • Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills
    • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Ability to troubleshoot industrial automation equipment
    • Familiarity with PLC wiring and electrical schematics
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Mechanical assembly skills
    • Experience with pneumatics
    • Knowledge of welding setups for production
    • Familiarity with machine brands such as Miller, Lincoln, Allen Bradley, and Schneider Electric
