Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. In this position, you will need accurately weld structural components and parts, in a residential complex. This is an integral part of the construction process, as it provides a strong infrastructure foundation. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with great attention to detail and proven experience as a Welder. Knowledge of local building codes for railings and handrails.

Responsibilities

Plan layout and measurements of structural components

Interpret requirements to select the most appropriate welding equipment for the job

Operate angle grinders, calipers, rulers, and other hand and power tools

Use manual and semi-automatic welding equipment

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Welder

Professional Certification (AWS welding certificate) is preferred

Experience with a variety of welding equipment and tools

Understanding of all health and safety guidelines

Attention to detail
