Job Overview

We are hiring Associate – Weld team members for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves high-speed assembly and MIG welding while maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a physically demanding, temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent overtime.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (frequent overtime up to 4:30 PM)
• Saturdays/Sundays as needed
• Overtime is mandatory and occurs regularly

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding and high-speed assembly operations
• Follow work instructions and operating procedures
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate robotic and automated equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Meet daily production goals
• Assist with training and support other departments as needed
• Wear required PPE at all times

Requirements

• Ability to stand, twist, and move for most of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Steel-toed boots required
• Basic English communication skills required
• Previous welding experience is a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred
