Job Description:
Seeking experienced Welder/Fabricators with strong MIG/TIG skills and true fabrication experience!

• Area: Cincinnati, OH area
• Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Pay: Up to $25-30/hour or more based on experience!

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 2–5 years of hands-on fabrication experience
• Strong MIG and TIG welding experience
• Experience welding sheet steel, stainless steel, and some aluminum
• Strong blueprint and fabrication drawing reading skills
• Experience with fit-up, layout, measurements, and inspection
• Comfortable using calipers, rulers, clamps, angle grinders, and other hand tools
• Ability to perform quality welds on thin-gauge sheet metal
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Basic shop math, including fractions and decimals
• Ability to pass a hands-on weld test
• Welding certification/schooling, brazing, press brake, or forklift experience is a plus

THE DAILY DUTIES

• Read blueprints and determine proper layout and fabrication procedures
• Set up, align, and fit components for welding
• Perform MIG and TIG welding in various positions
• Fabricate components from sheet steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Inspect welds and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Grind, finish, and clean fabricated components
• Troubleshoot fit-up and fabrication issues
• Safely operate welding and fabrication equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized 6S work area
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
