About the Role:

P & M LLC is looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Amityville, NY! This is a hands-on opportunity to work on exciting fabrication projects where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will make a real impact. Responsibilities:

Perform TIG welding on a variety of metal components and structures

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to execute fabrication projects

Cut, grind, and shape metal materials using hand tools and power equipment

Fabricate and assemble metal parts, frames, and structures to specification

Inspect completed welds and fabrications for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator in a shop or industrial setting

Proficiency in TIG welding techniques

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Experience with metal fabrication tools and equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures

Welding certification (AWS or equivalent) is a plus but not required
