Operate fabrication tools such as torches, grinders, plasma cutters, and other hand tools.

Read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, and other measuring devices accurately.

Assist with mechanical assembly and installation of fabricated components.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems as needed.

Use basic math skills for measurements and conversions.

Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and professional manner.

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

    Qualifications:

3–5 years of welding and fabrication experience required.

Ability to read and work from technical drawings and blueprints.

Proficient in MIG and stick welding; TIG experience a plus.

Skilled in operating metalworking tools and power hand tools.

Mechanical aptitude required; experience with hydraulics or heavy equipment preferred.

    Forklift operation experience preferred.

Must own and maintain personal tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Preferred Skills:

Experience with hydraulic systems, booms, or cranes.

Knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting and repair.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
