Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a growing manufacturing and automation environment. This role is responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling metal components according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong fabrication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced shop setting.

Shift Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Total: Approximately 56 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication using MIG and/or TIG processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings
• Cut, grind, fit, and assemble metal components and structures
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, drills, and presses
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of welding and fabrication experience
• Proficiency in MIG welding (TIG experience a plus)
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
• Experience working with steel and other metals
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime as scheduled

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, automation, or industrial setting
• Fabrication or welding certifications are a plus
• Forklift or overhead crane experience a plus
