Job Summary:
We are currently seeking skilled Welders and Fabricators to join our team in Ashland, OH. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with experience in welding, fabrication, or both. Candidates do not need certifications but must be able to successfully pass a weld test and/or fabrication test.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding on metal components to meet production and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Fabricate, assemble, and modify metal parts and structures
• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, and cutting tools
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous welding and/or fabrication experience required
• Ability to pass a weld test and/or fabrication test
• Basic understanding of blueprints and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
