Job Description for Journeyman 1-3: To be a working foreman for a crew and be self sufficient to manage a project. To measure, fabricate, weld, repair and install metal assemblies and structures. The job requires the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. the ability to climb ladders, and to use power tools associated with the industry. You'll need to be able to work well with a team to accomplish projects. A journeyman is required to lead by example, to have a substantial knowledge of the trade and to have the basic hand and power tools needed for work. THIS IS A CONSTRUCTION JOB. SO EXTENSIVE CONSTRUCTION JOB SITE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. YOU MUST BE A FABRICATOR. NOT JUST A WELDER. WAREHOUSE MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE DOES NOT QUALIFY.
