We’re looking for skilled and motivated MIG Welders to join our team building custom door systems. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and want a stable role with growth opportunities—this is a great fit.  Salary is dependent on the weld test, must have own welding helmet.

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG welding (AWS D1.1 certification opportunity)
• Read and work from blueprints and schematics
• Use hand tools such as drills, saws, and impact wrenches
• Measure accurately using standard and metric tools
• Follow standard work instructions to meet production and quality goals
• Work as part of a team to keep production running smoothly
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all PPE guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• MIG welding experience ( willingness to learn and get certified)
• Manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred
• Ability to read basic prints and use measuring tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic computer skills (email, simple systems)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Will need to pass a in house weld test.
