NOW HIRING: NIGHT SHIFT WELDERS

We are looking for Welders to join our night shift team. Welders will be responsible for joining, fabricating, and repairing metal parts using various welding techniques. Candidates must be able to read blueprints and schematics, operate welding equipment safely, and produce high-quality welds according to specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Weld metal parts together according to blueprints, drawings, or specifications

• Perform primarily Stick welding with some MIG welding as needed

• Prepare surfaces for welding by grinding, cleaning, and positioning materials

• Set up and operate welding machines and related equipment

• Monitor welding parameters and make adjustments as necessary

• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Must be able to travel

• 2+ years of experience as a Welder or Welder Helper

• Strong Stick welding experience required

• Some MIG welding experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and schematics

• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and regulations

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be available to work night shift
