We're looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in Canton, Massachusetts. You'll be fabricating and welding solar panel components , helping build clean energy projects that make a difference.

What You'll Do:

• Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components

• Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings

• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of MIG welding experience (or equivalent training)

• Ability to read fabrication drawings

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused

Pay: $25–$32/hr (based on experience)
Location: Onsite in Canton, MA
Schedule: Full-time, day shift
