We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team. This position involves working in a hands on environment, learning new skills, and supporting daily production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with welding and fabrication as directed.

Properly maintains all tools, equipment, and work areas.

Operates equipment used in welding operations including welding machine, weld rod, appropriate safety equipment, hand tools, and power tools.

Read and follow basic instructions or drawings.

Check work for accuracy and quality.

Help Dismantle or cut pieces as needed.

Climbs ladders or works on scaffolding as required.

Reports any problems promptly to Supervisor.

Performs additional tasks or projects as assigned.
