Are you a licensed, experienced welder looking for consistent subcontracting work with a reputable contractor? We're seeking a dependable welding subcontractor for exterior staircase renovations in Tampa FL

About the Opportunity:

We work on a variety of residential and light commercial projects requiring high-quality metalwork, structural welding, and custom fabrication. If you're a motivated welder who takes pride in precision and professionalism, we want to hear from you.

Scope of Work:

• Structural steel welding (MIG/TIG/Stick)

• Metal fabrication and installation

• Railings, gates, stairs, supports, and brackets

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings

• On-site and shop-based welding, depending on the project

Requirements:

• Licensed and insured welding business (LLC or sole proprietor)

• Minimum 3 years of field experience

• Ability to read plans and work independently

• Own equipment and reliable transportation

• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified welder (AWS or equivalent)

• Mobile welding capabilities

• Experience collaborating with GCs and other trades

• Positive references from recent projects
