Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join a growing fabrication team in Lewisburg, TN. This role involves performing MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on metal components while following blueprints and fabrication specifications. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in multiple welding processes and can work independently with minimal supervision. This is day shift, Monday-Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on metal components and fabricated parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and fitting metal components prior to welding
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and structural standards
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper safety procedures are followed
• Work independently while maintaining production and quality expectations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder or Fabrication Welder
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes
• Ability to read blueprints and welding diagrams
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to pass a welding test
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
