We are seeking a skilled Manual Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in welding techniques, be detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work. This is a full-time, on-site position with consistent weekday hours.
Responsibilities:

• Perform manual welding (MIG, TIG, or Stick as required).
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Inspect and test completed welds for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a manual welder.
• Ability to read and work from blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures.
• Certification is a plus but not required.
