Our client is hiring a Welding Supervisor!

Responsibilities of the Welding Supervisor

• Oversee, develop and maintain welding parameters and specifications for MIG and TIG welding including for the use of CRS, HRS, aluminum and stainless steel.
• Train personnel on proper welding standards and complying with the weld schematics.
• Lead in the robotic welding engineering role for MIG, TIG and some resistance spot welding.
• Supervise a team of robotic and manual welders.
• Develop welding solutions for customer specific problem areas.
• Prepare operational schedules and welding activities.

Requirements of the Welding Supervisor

• High School diploma with welding experience or a bachelor's degree in any discipline with welding preferred such as from Ohio State University, LeTourneau, Cal Poly or Ferris State University is a plus.
• At least one year of full-time welding experience in any type of manufacturing is preferred with some type of leadership, supervisory or team lead experience.
• Excellent benefits and growth potential.
• Essentially no travel at all.

Compensation for the Welding Supervisor

The targeted annual starting salary for this position ranges from $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 depending on experience.
