We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welding Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Two Rivers, WI, 54241. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our welding processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in our production operations. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement welding processes to improve product quality and production efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis of welding defects and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine welding fixtures and tooling.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on welding techniques and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze welding performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in welding technology.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all welding operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding process engineering or a similar role.

• CWI or CWE certification preferred but not required

• Strong knowledge of welding processes, materials, and equipment.

• Proficient in welding codes and standards (e.g., AWS, ASME).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
