We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and safety-first work environment. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

    Position Summary

    The Welding Supervisor will oversee day-to-day welding operations, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical welding knowledge, and a commitment to quality control and team development.

    Key Responsibilities

    Supervise and coordinate the activities of welding personnel across shifts

    Ensure welders are trained and certified as required

    Maintain production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects

    Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures

    Inspect welding work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards

    Troubleshoot welding issues and assist with process improvements

    Maintain accurate production and maintenance records

    Collaborate with engineering, Sales, and other departments to resolve production issues

    Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

    Requirements

    Minimum of 5 years of hands-on MIG welding experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role

    Strong knowledge of MIG welding processes and materials

    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols

    Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

    Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and welding codes (e.g., AWS, ASME)

    Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software
