Responsibilities: • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team We are here to guide our clients through the legal system, achieve positive results, and help them build a better tomorrow. This position will • Conduct initial client consultations to sell legal services • Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team • Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained us • Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources Our ideal candidate will: • Understand how to build a relationship with a person • Show the ability to interact with different types of personalities • Show empathy to potential clients and put them at ease during a difficult time • Know how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting value • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both over the phone, via zoom, in person, and in writing • Think on their toes and not be discouraged when things don’t go as planned • Be willing and able to quickly learn about new topics (like the immigration and criminal justice systems) • Treat a call or meeting at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday with the same care and compassion as one on a Monday morning • Follow instructions and understand the importance of policies and procedures • Be a team player that consistently acts with respect and integrity • Be tech savvy (we use Microsoft products and specialized cloud-based software) Qualifications: • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Two years of previous sales experience • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • The salesperson doesn’t give legal advice, so the legal experience is not required. Prior sales and customer service experience are required because we can teach you how a case moves through the system and give you the training you need. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience
