    We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities: • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline We are here to guide our clients through the legal system, achieve positive results, and help them build a better tomorrow. It is incredibly important to us that our clients come out of an extremely emotional process where their future may quite literally be on the line feeling that they had a legal team behind them who really cared, fought for them, and gave them a voice. This position will • Conduct initial client consultations to sell legal services • Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team • Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained us • Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources Our ideal candidate will: • Understand how to build a relationship with a person • Show the ability to interact with different types of personalities • Show empathy to potential clients and put them at ease during a difficult time • Know how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting value • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both over the phone, via zoom, in person, and in writing • Think on their toes and not be discouraged when things don’t go as planned • Be willing and able to quickly learn about new topics (like the immigration and criminal justice systems) • Treat a call or meeting at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday with the same care and compassion as one on a Monday morning • Follow instructions and understand the importance of policies and procedures • Be a team player that consistently acts with respect and integrity • Be tech savvy (we use Microsoft products and specialized cloud-based software) Qualifications: • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Two years of previous sales experience • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • The salesperson doesn’t give legal advice, so the legal experience is not required. Prior sales and customer service experience are required because we can teach you how a case moves through the system and give you the training you need. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience
