Sales must be completed on the same day, which requires laser-focused influence and persuasion skills. All per-screened, and per-qualified leads are provided to you by the Welk. Job Description and Responsibilities: Speak to owners about your Travel experience Engage in exceptional customer service with current Owners of the Welk Resort Platinum Program. Work diligently to communicate the benefits of Welk Resort Platinum Program consistently and accurately. Achieve defined sales targets. Successfully pass sales training program. Ensure the ethics and integrity of the Welk Resort Sales business platform are supported throughout all aspects of the sales presentation. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Comprehension of the Welk Organization and all Resort facilities. Keep current on sales information and approved sales materials. Ability to use and operate office equipment such as a computer, and copier. Must have basic knowledge of the internet. As the Sales programs mature in performance these responsibilities may be amended from time to time. * Some of our top sales professionals come from diverse, high-end businesses such as finance, investments, real estate, jewelry, automotive and personal services. More important, all of our Sales Executives, regardless of background, have the following attributes in common: * Extensive knowledge of surrounding area * Experience selling timeshare/vacation ownership * Exposure to different cultures and international luxury hotels/resorts as gained through world travel. * The sophistication to build rapport with buyers who currently enjoy a luxury lifestyle, as well as those who aspire to that dream. * At least two years of direct consumer sales experience in the luxury-tier goods or services sector. * A sharp professional image with the ambition and drive to make things happen. We're looking for applicants that have (or are willing to obtain) a California Real Estate License. A positive, outgoing, enthusiastic attitude. A team player and the ability to have fun at work!
