RR Donnelley is looking to add a Picker/Packer 1 (Finishing Support) in our Logan, UT Operations!

The Finishing Support position manually inserts or packs out special projects, damaged forms, forms too small to run on Machinery, etc. using job specifications, components, and other shipping and packaging instructions to produce a high-quality product, which is sent to the customer. Detail oriented job, needing sense of urgency. Need to do well with repetitive tasks. Can sit or stand, will be required to walk sometimes. Based on pieces created per hour

Position Responsibilities:

1. Read computer instructions in order to complete orders from our customers
2. Hand stuffs jobs according to job specifications by folding paper into different sized envelopes and separating the mail by control number (assigned number for each mail piece)
3. Packs-out forms by organizing them according to control numbers, shipping, and packaging instructions to ensure the quantity and addresses are correct prior to shipping/mailing.
4. Works with supervision to ensure client specifications are followed correctly.
5. Hand stuffs missing forms according to instructions to ensure that all the control numbers match and are accounted for.
6. Organizes the work area to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Other Position Responsibilities:

1. Acts as take-out for small machinery.
2. May include other duties as assigned.

Starting Wage:

• $13.50/hr

Available Shifts:

• New B Shift - Tues - Fri 5pm - 3am with a $1.25/hr shift differential - need to be flexible and train on New A Shift - Tues - Fri 7am - 5pm with no shift differential

• New C Shift - Sat - Mon 5am - 5pm with a $1.25/hr shift differential - need to be flexible and train on New A Shift - Tues - Fri 7am - 5pm with no shift differential

• New D Shift - Sat - Mon 5pm - 5am with a $2.00/hr shift differential - need to be flexible and train on New A Shift - Tues - Fri 7am - 5pm with no shift differential

Disclosure Statement:

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $13.50 per hour. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
