WellSpan Health, a sophisticated medical community in south central Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced surgeon to support our well-established Total Joint Program. This is an opportunity to join an innovative medical group, employing 1,500 providers. WellSpan Health is a top-rated integrated health system with a focus on a high-quality patient care.

 POSITION DETAILS:

• Must be Board Certified in Orthopedics with fellowship training in Total Joint

• At least five years of experience is required & leadership skills preferred

• Will work closely with an experienced Joint Coordinator

• WellSpan Orthopedics–York is currently comprised of 12 surgeons & 12 APCs

• Join a surgeon trained in Joint Preservation, Resurfacing & Replacement

• Surgeries are performed at WellSpan Surgery & Rehab Hospital (WSRH)

• New 73-bed specialty hospital in a lovely suburban location

• State-of-the-art facility with approximately 2,000 admissions per year

• WSRH patient satisfaction scores are in the top decile nationwide

Nearby WellSpan York Hospital (YH) is a Level 1 Trauma Center

Entire WellSpan system transitioned to EPIC in 2017

YH has 8 residency programs including Orthopedic Surgery

In addition, YH has fellowships in Orthopedic Hand & Orthopedic Trauma
