NEUROSURGEON OPPORTUNITY AT LEVEL I TRAUMA CENTER IN PA

WellSpan Health, an integrated health system in south central PA is seeking a General Neurosurgeon for our LEVEL I TRAUMA CENTER at York Hospital. Join our established team of five board certified neurosurgeons and endovascular surgeon in providing a full-spectrum of patient-centered surgical services within our fully integrated Neurosciences division.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

• York Hospital is a 585 bed, Comprehensive Stroke Center with a Neuro ICU
• Significant inpatient support 7 days a week from Advanced Practice Clinicians
• Dedicated Neurosurgery OR Team
• Neurosurgeons with excellent training from Temple, U of Maryland and U of Pittsburgh
• Endovascular Neurosurgeon from SUNY Buffalo
• Established Interventional Neurovascular program with bi-plane, hybrid OR suite at York Hospital
• Large Neurosciences department with a collegial group of 11 Neurologists who provide comprehensive consultative services, as well as a large collaborative Interventional Pain practice, physiatry services, and other services to support a strong, comprehensive neurosurgical service and spine program
• Spine fellowship preferred
